I have a lender that will make a loan against listed stocks,etc.

My client currently has 1.2 B in Brazilian Bearer bonds, he has a lender thats willing to loan him up to 900 M if he can get a wrap in place, please let me know if this can be done. i have an executive summary on the bonds and the 2 projects that he will be funding in the US. why not minitize on a platform? I had a insurance wrap for my construction project and monitized on a private placement platform.

As I stated some time ago if you need a asset insured we can assist. Assets such as cash, bonds that are issued from a reputable institution, and real estate (very difficult, but can be done). The fee for such is between 1.8%-3%. And an annual premium of 1.8%.

If you are wanting to monetize an asset then you need another type of product which will guarantee the repayment of the loan. This product is costly and most people don't have the funds to acquire the bond. Depending on the size of the bond you may pay 10-15%.

My first group does not charge any upfront fees, but you MUST have the 10%, and collateral (cash or cash equivalent). The timeframe may be as long as 30 days if the amount of the bond is beyond the normal $1-$50m. No speculative assets such as in ground assets are acceptable (mines,etc.) Only hard assets. If you don't have the 10% premium or collateral, there is no need in contacting.

My second group will write a policy for in ground assets such as mines, but you will have to pay $40k upfront no exceptions. This group will allow you to pay the 10% out of the proceeds of the loan.

I also have a seed program for those needing startup money up to $1 million dollars. Repayment is interest only or equity.
