I have responded to all that have posted. Once you have sent me a brief summary. As short as one paragraph would be fine. I will come back to you. Some people think they need a insurance wrap, but in fact need a surety bond which is very expensive. Your summary would help us to determine whether or not the insurance wrap will work for your situation. Looking forward to your responses.

I keep getting alot of the same questions. Yes a surety can be arranged,but the cost is 5-8% of the value insured. An insurance wrap which falls under the asset protection catagory cost less, but my not fit your situation. This is why I ask for a brief summary to better determine which service would be best suited for the client. In either case you must have the funds to pay for the service.

I have a client that has been assigned the bond power agreement to a $50mm US BG from an offshore bank. The offshore bank deals in US funds. I would like to know if we can have an insurance wrap placed on the BG for the 100% of it's value. The full $50mm US.
