Hello forum,

Currently I have 2 managed buy/sells. The first requires a minimum of 100M to participate. We have a top 10 WB which will issue new MTNs. A pre-selected exit buyer who is also a client of the issuing bank will facilitate exits. The investor works directly with the issuing bank. Unlike other platforms that promise the investor will never have to move funds or he will remain in control of his funds only to request at the very end a blind swift, a JV agreement, a joint account or POA ours does what we state. The investor will act for himself and physically purchase the first tranche "himself" directly from the bank. Because he is acting on his own behalf he will receive 100% of his returns. There is no so-called trader or trade group taking 30,40,50%,etc of his returns.

The second offer is time sensitive because this comes from an investment bank who will be shutting down soon. This is another managed buy/sell. These are owned and existing MTN notes with guaranteed exits already in place. The minimum participating amount is 500M. We understand that some buyers have their own exits in place and would prefer to purchase MTNs and facilitate their own exits. Unfortunately at this juncture in the season the IB will only sell to clients who will allow them to facilitate the exits.

But please note: The managed buy/sell with the top 10 bank positions the client where he can negotiate with the bank during or upon completion of the contract to acquire MTNs for his own exits. The investment bank "guarantees" they will provide any existing clients of theirs with MTNs in the new season as early as Feb 2008. This includes new issue or seasoned MTNs. I am direct to both providers and have a standard protocol to be observed.
