Topix Plunges Most Since March 2011 Led by Financials on Yields Citigroup Seeks Ruling on Argentine Bond Rulings Effect By Bob Van Voris & Patricia Hurtado - May 23, 2013 12:01 AM ET
Citigroup Inc.(C), whose Citibank unit is the local custodian for some holders of Argentine bonds, asked a U.S. judge to make clear that it isnt affected by his order barring payments to holders of restructured debt unless holders of defaulted bonds are also paid.
A bunch of maneuver NOT TO PAY any bond holders, PERIOD!

It has also deep-rooted EVIL: Why should any Federal Judge of US rule on the payment in Arginine??

In my suit against Fraud of Citibank (12-4956cv), all four Federal Judges + Clerk alleged are being disabled...Since the US Court of Appeals refuses to set a Trial Date for their charges of Judiciary Mis-conduct...
Just Wait for my filed suit against e-Bay by June 13, 2013 and I would like to see who is assigned to this FRAUD CASE?
In short, the US Court is not functional despite the CALM before the STORM!!!
