For more than two years, Citibank + Defendants insist on pursuing a path that will bring ruins on their future!!!

They relied on Judge RJA to issue all the Wrong Orders and Rulings that was concluded by the Chief Judge at the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York, NY; They thought Citibank is too big to fail but forgetting the Tax Citibank owed; and They paid David Cheever $ 122+ m in the two years (2011-2012) that will bring their downfall soon!!!

It was a simple and straight forward Civil Action Case from the very beginning...It could still be if they know how to talk to the US Treasury to avoid paying $ 5 - 7+ Billion USD Tax (it was all detailed in my filed law suit)...

Steer off from the Fallacy...And face the reality!!!
