It makes one wonder: Since Citibank is spreading its wings around the globe incessantly and actively pursuing/ getting involved in 55 nations at the present time..

From Saudi Arabia to India, from Egypt to Libya, Citibank loves to set foot in those nations where the wealth is concentrated primarily in the few!

It matters not whether the region is engulfed in War, Violence and Civil Unrest..In fact, the killing and gun fights are the most beneficial and inviting elements of its success: To urge the locals to keep their money it its vaults!!

But the regulators in US need to pay attention to the Tax it owed to IRS - For someone at Citibank may simply pocket the money for their own gains and be super rich!

It is an alleged scenario but could be quite TRUE!!!
