Bad blood cited between GM, ignition switch supplier Delphi
In 2002, when automotive supplier Delphi began shipping the ignition switches to General Motors that are now being blamed for at least 13 fatal crashes, relations between the automaker and its former parts subsidiary were among the worst in the history of the automobile industry.

No matter how much supplier/ companies have lack of respect for each other, there should never be a product/ part that could endanger the public. If this is true,all who were involved that left public in danger who drove these cars.,should be held accountable even if they no longer work for gm or suppliers. If rick wagoner needs to be interrogated, so be it.this should have never occurred,especially for such an inexpensive fix from the start that was ignored on purpose! Reprehensible!
