ALREADY TRIED SEVERAL TIMES, THAT HOTLINE IS A 3RD PARTY COMPANY WHO FORWARDS YOUR COMMENTS TO THE CORP. OFFICE AND THATS WHERE ITS STOPS, OR THEY FORWARD IT TO THE DM, AND THATS WHERE IT STOPS!!!! THAT HOTLINE IS B.S.I'M SORRY!!!!!!!!!!WHAT THIS COMPANY NEEDS IS TO HAVE ALL EMPLOYEES UNITE TOGETHER, AND SAY ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!

Advanced auto parts is a joke. I Have worked there a year and a half and have received one raise for $.10 cents.absolutely insulting for the type of work you are required to do.Free battery installations are horrible as you never know what type of crap you will be working on. Plus you have management who constantly changes the schedules without notifying you. Everyone that comes in wants a free handout and for you to work on their car, i was recently promoted to 2nd assistant manager hoping to receive a raise,and guess what nothing>not a fucking dime. this company has know respect for its employees except for the lazy ass managers who just check emails all day and rant and rave about budgets that aren't achievable.I am surprised this company is still in business as the DM's and store managers go on corporate outings and just drink and drink all day at luxurious hotels. The dm near me promotes management that has know car knowledge and does not do a thing.i now work with a 35% work ethic just like everyone else.

I was trying to get a job at advance and I went to 3 interviews background check waited a week. Then piss test waited a week. He says DM just cut his payroll 50 hrs and he dosent have hours.Do I still have a job?
