I agree with you. autopartsway.ca poor customer service. I started shopping on https://www.autopartsway.ca/ and received order from https://www.autopartsway.com . As result, I paid SHIPPING:$45.99 and UPS charged me the Brokerage: 65.35$ for SUBTOTAL:$135.11. Why is it possible?

Had the worst experience with autopartsway.ca first the part they sent me was broken and I had pay to send it back then they lost it then they sent me the wrong part and now instead of a refund when I returned my core they say I can only get store credit. Called the phone number on the website and never received a real person to talk to only recording and when I had the online chat the customer service reps were so confrontational and rude claiming that they had done all the could for me and I should be grateful. Would never deal with them again.
Another scam, went to there web site looked up my truck, make model, year, i ordered the part, when i got the part it was the wrong one, there web site has parts for a ford listed under gmc?? i emailed them and told them, they said i ordered the wrong part its my fault, it went on and on and on and on and on. NEVER AGAIN, wanna get screwed use autopartsway.ca.

Only 1 dealing with Auto Parts Way and will never again in my life repeat that mistake! They lost my return and refuse to give me my correct part or my money until they find it, and now they refuse to answer any emails and contact attempts. Can I take legal action? NO they offer ZERO information of their whereabouts or any names to take legal action against! They opperate the same as a Boiler Room Ponzi Scam. Collecting momentum through word of mouth in reviews and forums. You can not find out any information about them at all. You are blindly giving your money and credit card numbers to an unknown entity through a website. Why would anyone in any legitimate business go through so much trouble to hide any validating business information?
Whoever is behind Autopartsway has it set up to be able to completely vanish without a trace with everyone’s money and credit card numbers. THINK BEFORE YOU BUY!

I'm still trying to get the core credit on 2 rear calipers - shipped back to these morons June 15th 2012 by Purolator - I have ordered from them once and never again - I deal with other suppliers and get excellent service from all the professional suppliers I buy from except these guys at Autopartsway.ca - waste of time dealing with them -

They cancelled parts from my order and have not credited back my visa card. No contact links on their site work, they haven't responded to any email enquiries and no one answers the phone on their 1-800 number.
Very poor indeed.

This company was the worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is basically non existent. I ordered a part and have yet to receive any confirmation of the purchase. Tried to get through to customer service and have been cut off twice after being on hold for an hour. you got to be kidding me!
