now ,it is the economic crisis . how to face the economic crisis for the company ?

I think it is opportunity as well as challenge for company .



for example ,they cut down the working day from 5 days to 4 days every week to cut down the salary ,they cut donw the daily consumption so that it can save the cost .or they cancel the travel plan and so on .anyhow ,the companies don’t want to lose their employee .

but some of companies take some action too .such as : they depletion of numbers,cuts in salaries, increase the working time …

any action show that the company boss have took the action to fact the econmice crisis .but as the really company ,it wants to develop bigger and stronger ,as the managers of the company must carry two ways to face the economic crisis .

the firstly , they need save the cost , raise efficiency. that means , they would find the really cost . but save the cost from your employees ‘ salary .if you cust down your employees ’salary ,that it only pass the short difficulty .when your employees left your company , that means you lost more cost .you have sent time , money and practice on your employees .so if you lose them , you will put the same or more time , money and practice on your employees .

if you want to save the cost

1/ plan is reasonable : your purchase ,market and transportation plan is reasonable

2/ your save your cost of goods in your whole process .

3/ staff assemble is reasonable: the different assemble will have different impact .

4/ pay attention to the team power .you need choose the have impact person to lead the team .

5/you can change the single sell way and choose the popular way to sell your goods for examples by internet .

6/ if you have many items . please give up or cut down that you think it is don’t bring the economy in the short term or you can put away the items that you think your comany have no any advantage on it . you can focus on the mainly item in your company .

7/ last , for the manager he will keep more clear head and policy, any the determine will bring important changement for the company . so if you comany have a good manager in this term, you will find his really ability .
