Sure guy!
Terry.. You are probably Chris under one of his fake accounts or are one of his buddies involved in his scam dealership.
You dont know me, or my friends.
Get your real name out and what your dealership name is.
I know I have nothing to hide, you do!

I can accommodate exporters in mass, ri, ct or nh who are looking to gain access to dealer only auctions in this area. $250 per month will get you registered at 2 separate auctions. additional auction will be an extra $125 per month.

Of course no one here knows Joel or his situation. No one here can be 100% sure that what anyone writes on this forum is true or not.

With that being said, I have a couple of buddies using Chris right now and he just got his dealer tag and titles to cars that his has purchased. No muss no fuss.

From my own past experience with Chris and Midsouth Wholesale, he was good to work with and did everything I asked and more. I received any and all paperwork I needed in a timely fashion with no problems.

As I stated earlier, I do not know Joel or what is going on with him and his situation with insurance cards etc...I am only stating what my own personal experience was and what my friends are doing now.

"KenoJoe and Concerned" are the same person,a crock named Timothy Putnam, this is his typical tactic to try to scare people away from other dealer programs that are his big competitors.
Hey Putnam, what's going on?? Did you say that you created this concept 20 years ago?? Sorry pal, there are a lot of partners doing the same thing nowadays, good luck partner !!!!!

I'm looking for a dealer who goes to the powersports auctions as I am looking for a boat. I hope there is a dealer here with some boat buying experience who would charge a reasonable rate for the service.

Anyone interested in auto-auction-access should know from the start that they are not dmv compliant. They have a small office suite location that they use for everyone that they sign up and just assign different suite numbers for each dealership. They do not have a desk for each, they do not have a filing cabinet for each, there is not a sign for each, and they do NOT maintain any form of business operating hours. When the office location is shut down due to it not being compliant that means that each and every dealership ran out of that office will also be shut down.
The 500 that they state to get started is only where it begins. thats just to start your corp which costs no where close to that if you were to file it yourself. You will also be required to pay a 300 dollar deposit along with 300 for first months rent inorder for the paperwork to be filed. Then your also gonna need insurance inwhich the company that they refer for great rates is an initial 750 to start the policy. Depending upon how many plates you request you will also soak up the fee for each plate. Also be aware that you have to fly to the state to take a class. 400 bucks for a plane ticket, 100 bucks for a hotel, 75 bucks for rental car, all for a 40 minute class...
The only reason i mention the costs is because it is not disclosed typically in the initial conversation as they are too concerned on getting your credit card information to get you locked in.
Before you choose to do business with them please also take the time to look into the state of Indiana and their laws and guidelines. The last I heard about their state is that they were debating on completely doing away with the wholesale license all together. If my memory serves me correctly the state also requires that each wholesale license sell atleast 120 cars per year inorder to maintain licensed so unless you are planning on atleast moving 10 cars per month its pretty much a waste of time unless your plans are only to sell cars for 1 year.
That brings me to another point that is not brought up by auto-auction-access... the state of Indiana handles their license renewals basicly in alphabetical order so if you start your license up in the fall and your business name starts with an A then expect to have your renewal come up very soon after the new year. Take that into consideration on choosing your business name dependant upon the time of year that you are starting your business.
How do you know this is a scam? Have you actually tried to hook up with a company that burned you?

I need some help here on this renting a car dealer license issue. Last week, an undercover Nevada DMV Investigator pretending to be a car buyer arrested my friend. My friend had the car listed on craigslist and we think they caught on to him because he had several cars advertised at the same time.
He was charged with various crimes including unlicensed auto sales for selling cars to the public without a Nevada dealer’s license. The DMV investigator took him to jail to book him and gave him a citation. He also got a big fine for not having a Federal sticker in the window of the car.
He thought he was legit because he had a dealer’s license from Indiana that he signed up for on the internet. He got dealers plates and access cards to the dealers auctions so he thought everything was legal to sell cars here in Nevada with an Indiana dealers license.
He told the Investigator that he had paid a company out in Indiana to set up a wholesale dealer license for him and was using it to go to buy cars at the dealer auctions here in Nevada and resell them to the public here in Nevada with his Indiana dealer license.
The Nevada DMV Investigator told him it was Illegal for an out of state dealer to conduct retail transactions to the public while in Nevada without a Nevada dealer’s license.
I am researching this on the Internet to see if he is really in trouble, because he called a lawyer and they want $5,000 up front to take his case. Do you think he will end up having to serve time in jail?
I'm glad I saw this post on here because I was thinking about doing the same thing getting an indiana dealer license to sell cars where I live in Arizona. I know that the laws over in Nevada are different than the ones over here in Arizona. So I met with a DMV inspector here in Arizona to explain to them that I wanted to sell cars here in Arizona with that Indiana dealers license. The inspector and the inspector's supervisor both told me that "I WOULD GO TO JAIL" if I used that Indiana dealer license program. In fact they made a copy of the website printout on the company that is setting people up with the Indiana dealers licenses. I heard the supervisor say that they were going to investigate. Anyway, I am ok because I did nothing wrong all I did was ask about it. I am going to go ahead and do it the right way and get my own dealer license here in Arizona. Man am I glad I did not get involved with that mess.

Since you are looking to give money away why not just donate it to charity? That way at least you wont be breaking the law.
