Businesses always leave Pasadena, this is a rare instance where the business actually wanted to leave. Usually, businesses want to stay but can't because of this citys ridiculous rules and fees!

Monrovia/Arcadia/Glendale should send a thank you card to Pasadena for all the revenue we DONT SEEM TO WANT!

Sorry to see them go. This economy is having devatating effects throughout the country and the incentive programs have proven unhelpful. Seems like someone is fiddling while Rome Burns.

I cannot believe this. Looks like another trip to Glendale for any auto dealings. A very sad day.

Pasadena Ford, Rusnak Mercedes, Rusnak Dodge, Foothill Motors Lincoln-Mercury, Pasadena Acura and now Team Automotive. What is the City of Pasadena doing to try and retain our larger tax revenue-producing retail outlets? Maybe we should learn from our neighboring communities. The current economic climate is not 100 percent to blame for this.

The property's being sold to a lumber company? That sounds like a real move for the future.

Remind me, why did we bail out GM? Nobody wants to buy their cruddy cars - that's why the dealerships are closing. Waste of our money. Thanks a lot, Bush & Obama.

Good!!!!! They tried to cheat on me before so that's why I stopped taking my Chevy for repair service and they tried to buy my Chevy for cheap before I could trade a new Chevy car! My friend came with me to buy new Chevy car but he advise me not to trade because they want to buy my car for cheap.

GM had a terrible attitude and their dealer network treated their customers badly. Gm never tried to give their customers good value - or even what they wanted.

The company was extremely arrogant and management was very stupid and greedy, not good greedy, dumb greedy.

The days are numbered for the other GM franchises on Colorado Bl. Symes is a terrible place to do business as is Thorsen. They attempt to take unfair advantage of anybody that comes on the lot.

Back in the day, when Jack Wall had that Chevy store - well it was a different world.

Ever been to Flint, Michigan? You can easily see what corporate America thinks of its' customer base. Think Microsoft is different? Apple? Starbucks? MacDonalds? Nope they are terrible too.

Want to blame that on Obama? That would be funny if it wasn't so pitiful. How did corporate thieves, Wall Street crooks, war profiteers and Republican airport bathroom deviants get dumb rednecks and christian fundamentalists to do their dirty work?

Easy, they gutted their education system. You think America is the land of the free? Go visit France or Italy or Germany. America is the land of the spoiled fattys and tattooed floozies.

Colorado Blvd. cars were run by cranky imperious daytime drunks motivated by greed and their own sense of self importance selling poor quality products with unfair and dishonest contracts.

Good-by to a great legacy that started out as Jack Wall Chevrolet.
My grandparents knew Jack and his family and bought their 1961 Chevy Monza with with a little lever that changed the gears when compacts cars first became popular.
My first new car was a 1974 Chevy Vega; red exterior with red and black plaid interior and grey mags. All total was 2 Vegas ('74 & '75), 2 Silverado trucks ('92 & '95), and currently my 2002 Avalanche that has over 97K miles and runs like a charm.
When Jack Wall passed and his sons took over, they sold the dealership to Team (Dan Gaby).
This dealership and I have had our ups and downs like family but I wouldn't take my vehicle to any other dealer.
Sorry to see them go.
Peace,
A faithful customer for more than 36 years.
