Good for the people, something was not right, they complained
and as a result, the state is sticking it to the car dealership.

I've met Chuck Piano, the owner of both stores, and I don't think many will feel bad for him. I've seen him verbally abuse his own customers and cheat his own employees. He is the quintessential car dealer.
I worked in the business for five years and saw many just like him. The industry has a well deserved reputation and this tactic is not surprising in the least. Madigan should hit him as hard as she can to send a message. Al Piemonte's deep pockets are behind this place.

Chuck yelled at me when I just came in to test drive a car because I did not buy it. While we were test driving it, he passed some nasty rotten eggs gas too.

Why would anyone want a Nissan or Infinity anyway?

Say what you will for sons or daughters being "anointed" and following in their political parent's footsteps (as most of what can be said is that it's given us a bunch of dopes by and large), Lisa Madigan appears to take the bull by the horns in these situations...

I wonder how many people will still buy cars from him? Another black eye for car dealerships.

It's about time someone did something about these scum bags that take advantage of innocent people.

Do your job Lisa. Shut these jerks down. If you just make them pay large fines, fhey screw more people.

Come on, a lawsuit? If the person didn't like the mail they could just rip it up and throw it out. Can't they read and comprehend what the mail said? I don't condone any kind of a 'come-on' but for cripes sakes this sue-happy attitude has just got to end

The truth is that Nissan sucks big time, they might be the most overpriced and worst quality vehicle manufacture on the market.Do you know that most of the Sentras and Altimas with 2.5 liter engine has a problem Nissan knows about for years and won't do anything about it?Type in QR25 (engine model) in Wikipedia for interesting read.Nissan does some POS cars and their stealerships are playing along.

During a brief phase of unemployment a few years ago I worked in Sales at PUGI in downers grove. The owners and sales managers are the same way. Consumers stay as far away from them as possible!!!

"Credit amnesty"? Who believes this garbage? I know, it's people who want something for nothing (expensive car with no realistic way to pay for it).

As a family member of the Piano family, I feel that this issue has been dealt with in the media spotlight and people are being wrongfully accused. It would be greatly appreciated if public spectators would mind their own business and keep their opinions to themselves, unless they are directly involved with the situation at hand. These rude and untrue remarks are uncalled for and unnecessary. Mark, whoever you are, you are a complete idiot along with the Attorney General; keep talking out of you **** like you know something. I believe in karma and can not wait to see what happens to you. As for Lisa Madigan, this is a nice attempt at a publicity stunt. Just because you are an ugly, burnt out, typical dirty politician doesn't mean you can pray on innocent entrepreneurs trying to make an honest living.
Oh stuff it. Go enjoy your ill-gotten gains like the rest of your scumbag family.

Danielle, am I deserving of bad karma because I witnessed your relative shouting and swearing at a customer? Or because I am aware of the packs he, and most dealers, add to their products so their salespeople's commissions are reduced? Perhaps, if you really believe in karma, you should see what is happening to your family now as such.

You say that you don't condone any type of come on,on the other hand you are telling people that they should not complain just throw the mailer away. Thats what the dealership was hoping for if they could hook 1 or 2 suckers they thought they would have it made. And all they hooked was a big fat lawsuit from the attorney generals office HA HA HA WHOS THE SUCKER NOW.
