Deja'vu! Nothing, apparently, is new. Lynn Townsend had his "sales bank" and many were shipped to dealers without an order. Lee Iacocca insisted on shipping no car without an order (although some field reps could have violated that). The plain truth is, no company should violate their dealers' trust by forcing product down their throats! Happy dealers make more sales! Keep 'em happy!
