Here's another interesting blog post from earlier this year by Jim Boldebook. Jim, who is CBC Advertising's Founder, has written the monthly Advertising column in Dealer Magazine for years.
Have you taken the time to truly define your dealership's (or group's) brand? If not, I'd be happy to get you a copy of the "Brand Survey Template" Jim mentions in his article. Definitely a worthwhile exercise!
