I purchased the Biolock in January online thru a company called GoKeyless.com . They were very friendly and knowledgable about the lock and fingerprint technology in general. I was hesitant at first of the technology but they set my mind at ease. I hade an issue with the install and called Sequiam direct. I was impressed with there prompt response. Lock works great.
