Not sure why they need to spend money on a consultant to figure out that the site of the previous station would be a good location for a new one.
Also not sure how a school half a mile away would be impacted by passenger trains stopping in town three times a week, when dozens of freight trains roll thrugh there each week at full speed. Good idea to work on integrating the stop with other area transit, and would be a good idea to stop Amtrak California motor coaches passing through the area. |
