planned turbot farm

I am considering setting up a small scale turbot on-growing facility in the near future. I am intending to construct the bio filtration system myself rather than using an expensive commercial system. I am looking at 20 tanks with a floor space of 3m2 each. The water will be approx 40cm deep giving me 1200 litres per tank. I intend to use 5 separate bio filter - 1 for every 4 tanks. The stocking density will be 50kg per m2. Can anyone advise me as to the size of biofilters I will need to do the job... Thanks.
