The headline "Red Tide hits Region" implies that a prediction is fact.

We all know experts are always correct.
If these so-called experts are right then would not every year's algae blooms theoretically be seed for that much worse of an algae bloom for the next year?
Yet, that is not what actually happens.
If the 'experts' are predicting a clam shortage this coming year, the reverse will liley happen and it's likely it'll be a banner year for clammers.
Why is the AP promoting doom-and-gloom?
