I doubt if Obama's cronies have enough respect for or knowledge of Great Lakes fishing.

The states attempt to block Asian carp is obviously very RACIST. After all, the fish are just trying to do as other invasive species like the Asian stink beetle, Emerald ashborer, and god only knows what others have done.
The Asian carp are just trying to find a better place to live - who are we to prevent them? They understand that Minnesota has great welfare benefits and a very liberal mindset. A lot of fish might be forced to ride a bus from Chicago or Gary Indiana.

Most of the carp have left the Chicago area, and moved to DC. Send the carp back to Chicago in 2012!

who would "OblackOne" want to stop any type of Asain from infiltrating this country. He feels the more non-white people there are in this country the better chance he has to survive as a "leader"

This is the exact reason why judge's should have to campaign for their election to sit on their judicial asses. Judges come to the bench full of opinion, political agendas, biases and their own history of right and wrong. Instead, the corrupt politicians appoint their cronies and bam, you have a crap judge like this one. I hope this judge takes a bath full of Asian Carp and I can hear him scream from his live-in-a-bubble, take bribes, judical house.

Let me understand this, don't these locks also actually drain the Great Lakes into the Mississippi watershead? Is that why the levels of Lake Michigan has fallen over the last fifteen to twenty years??

Corps of Engineers is just another political body ruled by those at the $$ traugh.

Call the carp "water wolves" that will be caught by mean sport fisherman in the GL and watch how fast the gates close!
