Impact of flooding on crawfish harvest unclear
The upcoming flooding, which experts predict will see levels not seen since the Great Flood of 1927, is bad news for anyone living near the Atchafalaya Basin or any of the scores of bayous and coulees feeding into it.

I was born in Louisiana and now live in Houston. I am so worried about the flooding that will happen in the Atchafalaya Basin and possibly the Bayou Teche. My prayers are with you all especially the great people of St. Martinville who made us feel so at home on our last visit. Be well my friends.
