Is it just a worker thing or is it Poor Management that probably get Huge stock options etc to cover their behinds ?

If you live in BC and are considering buying any vacuum or appliance DO NOT consider the BURNABY outlet for AERUS ELECTROLUX. The lady answering the phone and the manager are the RUDEST people you will ever deal with AFTER they have made the sale... After faxing my request to cancel within Canada’s 10-day Buyers Remorse Period, and on the THIRD day of calling to have the manager contact me she said “HE WILL CALL YOU, HE WILL CALL YOU, HE WILL CALL YOU”… An hour later he called and his response was S__T, S__T, S__T, S__T, You are still going to have to pay 3 years of interest at 25% so it is going to cost you more than just letting the order go through”… He will try to totally dominate the call, not letting you speak. The toll free number is blacked out on his invoices but experience will show you that if it had been there it would not help much anyway.
If this is not bad enough when you try to contact the ELECTROLUX Company itself at 1-800-243-9078 or 1-800-282-2886 about the problem you will spend several days playing phone tag because NO ONE will take responsibility for your call and everyone you speak to (if you are lucky enough to get past their answering machines) will be giving you a different phone number to call with your problem...You will get all kinds of promises that someone will contact you within 24 hours which of course will not happen.
Do yourself a favour and buy the cheapest vacuum or appliance you can find so you can afford to throw it away if there is any problem, without spending the THOUSANDS of DOLLARS that ELECTROLUX wants to charge you for their products.
