I can tell you why I'm not spending. Gas prices!! Yes gas prices is cutting into my disposal income and so is the high price of produce. When the food stores try to "pawn" the high price of mileage off on the consumer by increasing their prices, someone is going to feel the back flash and that the retail stores.
