Code-shares and jet size! Do airlines limit the amount of code share-seats ?

Going forward, larger regionals like SkyWest Airlines will probably entertain the idea of buying a 737 or larger aircraft painting it in SkyWest colors and packing them with
76 seats or less connecting American Airlines passengers but operating those seats as American Eagle
76 seats or less connecting Delta Airlines passengers but operating those seats as Delta Connection
76 seats or less connecting United Airlines passengers but operating those seats as United Express
all on one 737 or slightly larger size aircraft. This will give the regional greater efficiency, and allow more growth than what there current limited costly business models allow.
