I hope Delta has learned somthing from AMR's mistakes on how to take care of their employees, or in AMR's case, how not to take care of their employees I should say.

Awful shame about C O M A I R for everyone. They do have a place in developing the regional jet concept successfully within the constraints of what they could grow it as being aligned with a major.

Personally, I hope all the layoffs started with COMAIR's Human Resources department. What a bunch of jerks with no people skils what-so-ever !

As ye sow, so shall ye reap! Oh those big tough COMAIR pilots showed Delta a thing or two when they went on strike back in 2001. Of course within a couple of years they were in bankruptcy and wages were cut again. Finally Delta got tired of working with the little shitheads and closed the place down. And now the pilots who thought they were freakin' brain surgeons will be lucky to find a job that pays half of what they were making. And guess what! Your no good union won't be sending you a monthly check like the company did. Good riddance!
