Seriously? Sh!t happens. I highly doubt that the pilots were untrained and/or were purposely negligent in any way. I, personally, am happy that no one was hurt. Get over your judging, can you fly a plane?

Yes, the Negro Pilots saw a tiny crack rock off the end of the runway so they increased speed to get to it.
