As long AMR takes it's current BOD with it. That will be a step in the right direction... They allowed that ineffective executive team to reamin in power far too long.

Nothing like gettin' there on an il 62.

Back on topic that nightmare of a paint job needs to go. US Airways colors are far more intricate, subtle, and classy in contrast to the

Rather loud, amateurish, and dopey of the new AA.

Landor Associates would have done way better than Futurebrand.

Agreed one million times. Stupid. When it is opened, Hilton, Marriott etc will be building beach resorts putting thousands to work and when they open there will thousands more employed @ those resorts. The AL's will have a great time making the new AirPort that will have to be built to accomodate the flights a world class airport.

Quoting D L X (Reply 130): from airliners.net , in regards to the absolutely atrociously awful new AA livery...
THIS is the winning line:

"Colgan had sex with CSA and Cubana on a Greyhound bus in the same weekend and got pregnant. We know Colgan is the mother but we can’t tell who the father is. Nor do we care because the baby is still ugly either way."

I have to agree this could not have been said better!
