They may appear cheaper, but they made a mistake on my initial booking. Charged me over $500 to fix it. The original flight was $1000. So this was about $300 more than any other flight, was delayed the whole trip. All I can say is DONT DO IT.

NEVER AGAIN! Got overcharged and ignored by their customer service

Spirit is the worst. Their continued existence is a mockery of decent business practices and corporate social responsibility.

It's time we do something about it! http://www.fspiritair.com/

The key word was optional moron! You can pick and choose what you pay for at Spirit. I think people who complain about Spirit can't read because otherwise they would love the airline because of the options when other airlines don't give you any of that! Stop complaining and start saving by taking advantage of the deals and offers they give you at Spirit...

What you are saying is absurd and never happened! You love to spark controversy and yell because you had to pay for a $3 coke right??? Get real. Those of us who use Spirit and know how to save with them love them so maybe you should really read and learn something inside of letting fire rush to your head!

Most of us who use Spirit disagree with you. True some agents need to be retrained for customer service but what do you expect when there are a million others complaining about the same weather delay or mechanical! You are really clueless when it comes to traveling. You are supposed to prepare for delays because it is the nature of the business and you can either buckle up and put up or shut up and not fly. This is your choice but I assure you the next airline who treats you the same way will spark your next fiery postings against that airline!
