the article doesn't mention it but this guys is old enough to be married. so is she. consenting adults is one thing but adultry plastered inthe paper is another. Another POV, I agree with having to "catch up to the guy" (and girl) but, I think unless the person who owns the flashlight wants to press charges, I say let them go with a warning. It is the kind of thing that everyone will tease them about for a long time.

Two grown ups acting like idiots happens all the time.

Give them a fine to "COVER" costs. The problem is these days, there are so many truly unstable people running around (clothed yet) that when something ultimately harmless happens, it's an all out crazy fest, it is not a case of anything goes.
