Nagoya (Japan) airport has a magnificient rooftop terrace. Delta's actions not a first - but an improvement.

Bravo to Delta for their contribution to an airport experience that had once been popular with all passengers and had gone the way of the Dodo bird. I can only hope that this idea will serve as a precedence and inspire other airlines in the U.S. to offer observation decks at their hubs too. Kudos!
