Why don't you guys set up an airport while you're at it!!? It'll probably make more money too.. Or pay me loads of money and I'll do it for you hah

Well, the first thing you do if you want to make a million starting an airline is hire EX AAL CEO Arpey from whatever he's going now, give him a billion dollars, let him start and run the airline and within a week or so, you will have your million dollars ! It's a simple as that!
P.S. DON'T FORGET TO HIRE CARMINE ROMANO ALSO !
I found this msg board by accident while googling. Surprised to see so many people wants to start an airline. Has anyone used the consultant service or actually set up an airlines already?

Instead, have you thought of setting up a company who supply spare parts and materials for all the airlines or putting your investment fund into an already established company. Since I wont be checking this msg board ever again. Below is my email address

the worst problem here in India is the high ADF and high fuel surcharge...never the less we can not ignore the high training cost to its professional be it either pilot or engineer or management. airtravel is still considered as expensive medium of journey and it will be an expensive business unless we do something to make it available for everyone..

We have been able to set up four commercial airlines in India. All it needs is organizing, coordinating and implementing. You need a good team.
