United's leadership is the problem, namely Jeff Smisek. Company moral is terrible and it reflects in customer service. That's why United ranks last in surveys. The board of directors must wake up and replace the current leadership so United can return to profitability and good customer service. The time for blaming the problems in the merger is over.
