Rumors at the new AMR is that the IAM union folks are putting together strike commitees due to Parker's lack of interest in talking with them about a new contract. This may throw a wrench in the New AMR plans.

It's interesting that employees are being offered bonuses for meeting performance goals. Unlike top executives who gave themselves millions while "leading" AA into a ditch. I would love to hear an explanation for our strategy of rewarding failure among the top people, while demanding results from everyone else.
