If you need your god Da mn cell phone that bad, then don't fly jack as s. A matter of life and death, give me a break. If he calls and tells you he's dying, what are you going to do? Make them fly the plane over to his house? They should have used the in flight plastic hand cuffs to apprehend the suspect and taken the battery out of his phone. Life or death...if that was excusable, then they'd probably accept any excuse.

I agree. If it was a life and death situation, there is absolutely nothing the guy could have done while the plane was in the air.
Instead, he risked putting everyone on the flight in danger.
