Hello All,

I am an university research student conducting a marketing research study to understand passengers' perceived benefits and value of an airline alliance. I would be thankful if you could give your opinions by answering to this survey .The survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete.

I am attaching herewith the link of the survey:

As, I need large number of responses for the survey, your answers will be of great help and beneficial to address the objectives of this research study. To keep the responses anonymous, I am not asking your names, email address or any other contact details

I thank you again for your time and I appreciate your help in advance.

Kind Regards

At some point... in the US and across much of the World, as our United States Airlines expand internationally;

American and OneWorld
Delta and Skyteam
United and Star Alliance

will all be synonymous. That is the direction we are going in the

OneWorld
SkyTeam
Star Alliance

have zero regional bases so are subjected to capturing as much of a share of the world markets as is possible. It just waits to be seen if our United States Airlines management are sufficiently wise, and skillful to do this, with the diversity, loyalty, and talent of our American people or if they will continuely allow market fragmentation of their business models much like they have allowed the low cost carriers, and premium international carriers, eat away at their market share.

This while trying all sorts of schemes such as mergers, acquisition, code shares, joint ventures, out sourcing, regional airlines, airline within airlines, tinier uncomfortable seats etc. that have NOT worked other than to undermind, demoralize, and allow others to come in and take market share.

I personally have more faith foreign "Airline Alliance" airlines will be more successful at capturing more business than our domestic airlines because our domestic major airlines executive heads just continually try to come up with more and more schemes, to enrichen the fat executives at the top, leaving people who just don't care about the customers at the bottom to look after air travelers.
