RIP. Not sure if this was an ACMI from Air Atlanta Icelandic or not, but it was branded as National. Would be kind of odd to have Air Atlanta Icelandic being paid to operate on US Airline bid military contracts, but stranger things have happened.

Best from what I can see is National was not upon any of the 3 big Military Contract bid teams in the US. Hmmm is there substantially more to this sad story?

Are they hiring yet? With some pilot openings over there, where can you send the application? I'm hoping I can get that captain opening. The airline needs to replace those dead pilots with some young fresh blood. You know it's strictly a business decision, nothing personal. Anyone know when the next pilot class is over there?

Real nice guy with that comment. Remember, they are down one airplane now, less capacity. Plus, with that accident they will probably lose business. So forget about snagging that poor guys job before he's buried.
