I saw this exact thing happen while riding in back on my own airline a few years ago. A three year old girl screaming in agony, a pleading parent, and an indifferent cabin crew. The parent finally pulled the girls pants down so the child would only pee on the seat.

I chastised the flight attendants telling them that they were inhuman, and should have called the cockpit and advised that somebody HAD to use the lav. Yes, the pilots would have been put off, but most of us have children and would have understood.

So, one disagrees, one says I'm nuts, and one thinks I'm clueless. I'm guessing all three were the same flight attendant. Sorry, it happened.
