I am waiting to see another airline competing with United. The more United we fly the more we missed Continental. Hurry up please...

If southwest wants to concur all they should fly to an African route such as to South Africa or Nigeria. those are the 2 most successful route on Delta, United and British Airways.

Continental's last bankruptcy was more than 20 years ago. Up until the merger with UAL, they were the world's most admired airline. If they had wsited for two years they could gave bought out UAL for pennies on the dollar, since UAL, under Glenn Tilton, would have continued its death spiral.

You will never see Southwest fly to Africa......they don't have the aircraft to do that.

Fly to Mexico! Please. Competition needed there. Southwest's planes can easily reach all of Mexico's major cities. And United and American need competition!

I just left El Salvador and saw 2 Southwest 737s in a hanger before we took off. I thought they were selling the planes to Copa, apparently not.

Competition is welcome. When United took over Continental, customer service went downhill. Bring back the days of Gordon Bethune.

The world's most admired airline? You've clearly never spoken to anyone that's ever flown outside the US. All US carriers are a joke. Continental was only beaten by Northwest for how much of a joke they were considered globally.

There's a reason that American carriers don't compete globally: they simply don't know how.

Don't you realize that Continental Management is running United, and that is why United Sucks now.

Is Canada considered international or domestic? Greenland and Iceland are closeby, could be the stepping stones to Europe in the future
