MQ employees should just not report to work this week and throw American into CHAOs.

At regional airlines, there is absolutely NO reason to sacrifice your weekends, holidays, life events, significant days you need off, or even volunteer to work on your days off.
When a parent company can be allowed to swap assets to other operators at the drop of a hat as is being done with (MQ) Envoy Airlines, it becomes obvious there is NO reason for loyalty whatso ever.
Other American Airlines Group employees working and coming from US Airways Express and transitioning to the new brand.
American Airlines Group is saying to you clearly, N E V E R expect to make any money here, and if you do bargain in good faith with the companies and reject the pennies we are offering you, we will send our planes to a different operater.
NASTY company still. Sorry to hear this MQ, but do know many other mainline airlines are hiring pilots at decent wages.
As for flight attendants, well SORRY for you. You will be starting at the bottom all over again and facing wage cuts, along with working poor schedules, every holiday band weekend, until you manage to get seniority in 5 - 10 years.

Amazingly Envoy is not a bad name for an airline...
However an airline without a brand or its own airplanes to do what it wishes with, instead of having a parent company puppet master what is done with the aircraft just is not a good situation for employees hoping for a longterm career.
Regionals without a brand as a front line employee, invest absolutely no more than 1.5 years with them. Sorry to state the cold hard truth.

Shud her down MQ employees. Inflict as much pain upon AA Group as possible.
You all are all out of work anyway, quality of life gets worse every week. more legs, holidays, weekends, early mornings and late night, than what you should be doing at the peak of your career.
Gov has got to realize it is a monopoly of AA DL UA and WN.
Think how much higher up you would be in your career if AA Group had not outsourced any flying. New hire labor is cheap labor, be it at MQ or any regional.
AA Group just doesn't want to pay decent wages. Taken your stand shud her down. Pilots, FA's, and Staff.

All it would take is a fair % of MQ employees to give 2 week and 3 days notice.
2 weeks two days
2 weeks one day
Notice all over the weekend, Execs don't work weekends.., sure would be a laughing riot come Monday morning!

Cough i fee sick, real sick.
Is that MERS affecting all AA Group airlines?
could just be mumps, measles, or a sprained back!
