JetBlue is not providing information to stranded passengers nor picking up the phone to discuss what to do next. To me it is totally irresponsible and total lack of care for its customers.

Always good to have someone to blame, if not the weather something else!

Southwest is not immune either in this weather mess which was not adequately planned for by the airline carriers

The new federal mandates involving minimum crew rest times were NOT a big surprise to JetBlue.....unless they are even less competent than I had previously thought.

JetBlue has been TOTALLY INCOMPETANT in handling their operations from Jan 3rd until now. Heads should roll at JetBlue.

JetBlue has poorly handled their operation for the past 4 days and their passengers have been treated very poorly
