Why American Airlines' Tom Horton won't get his $20M payout
The judge in the bankruptcy case of American Airlines parent AMR Corp. may have given a nod to the company's plan to emerge from Chapter 11 protection last week, but he didn't approve the $20 million severance package proposed for CEO Tom Horton.
