If there ever was any merger here.... do you think those in control of AS or HA would do something with their crappy route maps.

So much revenue I am sure is being lost by not having an interactive route map. This revenue loss, is most significant at QX as they have so many more focus type cities than HA or AS. However with all the additional Hawiian flying lack of and interactive route map complicates awareness of these routes too.

Move into the 21 century people. HA AS QX.

ON Airliners someone wrote this...

If there is to be a Alaska/Hawaiian tie up..why not just have a parent company operate them both under their same branding? Have a codeshare, so you can transfer over to Hawaiian or Alaska without a problem. No hubs or routes axed, so you keep all the benefits of Alaska Airlines, and all the benefits of Hawaiian Airlines, just under the same roof but in different rooms, as it were.

Sorry Azz Route Map writes...

Just stick with the two brands Hawaiian's, on a mergered AS-HA tie up,

and Alaska's on all of Horizon's QX flying as it is NOW? What a simple solution people.

More likely I see Alaska Air Group purchasing Frontier and merging Horizon Air (which now does business as Alaska) in with Frontier calling it Alaska.

(AS) Alaska would then be free to merge with American, thus taking on the American name giving American a Seattle hub.(

Alaska Air Groups (QX) The new merged Horizon Air - Frontier d/b/a Alaska would be free hub in SEA just as present and to codeshare feed AA in SEA and DFW from the Denver spoke cities of F9. QX/F9 continues operating the Alaska brand to the smaller regional QX AS cities just as present.

Denver thus gets bypassed and gives the new (QX) Alaska Frontier growth opportunities in places where they do not humb and compete with (WN) or (UA) in Denver.
Who knows
