What we are talking here is nutritionally poor white rice and white flour.

I e-mailed friends in Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines and a Canadian friend working in Oman, all say its white rice they are hoarding, running out of or that the prices are high.

Stop buying nutritionally poor products and hopefully the price will drop.

I stopped using sugar, soda pop and anything else with excess sugar or high Fructose Corn Syrup. Its not good for you.

Maybe it's time we start understanding how much garbage we eat and focus on eating better and less of it. I can't beleive anyon would freak out over the price of nutrionally poor food. Americans are fat and lack nutritional education.
