Does corn milling machine affect corn taste? Corn flour or grits quality depends on the corn milling machine. With the development of corn milling machine, it has produced various corn food. However, there exists a question if corn flour made with the corn milling machine affects its taste.

Traditional corn grits processing technology grinds the whole corn into grits. During the process, dark color husks, brans and germs are inevitably mixed with finished products, affecting its quality. The grits need processing many times to improve quality, which leads to low final products. Even if the corn is cleaned, there still remain bacteria, mould and other contaminant which are mixed in grits, harmful to human health.

The complete set of corn milling machine combines hulling and grinding systems with one motor, saving space and investment. The whole corn is poured into hulling system to be cleaned, hulled, and degerminated into half big grits whose quality is controlled by precision adjustment. The big grits go to grinding system to be grinded and graded. The small grits are controlled by gear to output different specifications of grits and flour.

Quality of finished products counts most, no matter how much you invest, how big you r factory and how advanced your management. Our corn flour milling machine produce better quality finished products, achieving first level of the world.
