Wages are "industry standard" which means they pay as little as they can get away with. Increases are supposed to be based on performance but in reality increases are based on a budget. It doesn't matter if your a slug or star you both will get the same increase.

Upper Management has no vision what-so-ever. They will tell you anything to try to keep you happy short term, and then when it comes time to make due on a promise, they pretend they have no idea whats going on. When layoff's came, the true colors of Duncan were shown. They axed guys who had great work ethic and loved the Company and their jobs, and held on to nitwits who couldn't "fix" a sandwich. I survived the layoffs, and everyone hoped that the paycuts would be temporary. Come to find out, RRT empoyees didn't even receive paycuts and didn't even know that they had occurred! The Duncan hierarchy of importance works like this-#1 - the CEO, Duncan, and upper management.#2 - Facilities.#3 - Customers.#4 - Employees.
You have no Talent left in this company because of poor decisions. The lack of quality employees will effect quality of work, and you will only anger more and more customers over the next coming years

To the people complaining about their wages and hours being cut - be thankful you still had a job during such a terrible economic time as many people in this country were laid off with no opportunities for jobs. I'm sure they would have loved to have had your spots that you've been complaining about! What terrible attitudes.
I am not too thankful to have any JOB that I can go to jail for if I make a mistake. And how is it they had no money to keep people yet able to continue to build and pat off loans. If I was paid decently for what I did I would take any job. The problem they cobtinue to talk about family and closeness of the company yet make excuses when it comes to money.

Aaron's favourite saying comes to mind, "I am the type of CEO who doesn't believe in layoffs. In case of any layoffs, I would be the first one to go".
Just saying...
