So we have a Federal 'Do Not Call' list which is continually IGNORED by advertisers. So what makes Sen. Jay Rockefeller believe advertisers will follow the 'Do Not Track' laws? If they can't enforce the existing laws, they can't enforce new laws. SMH.

Actually the do not call laws exist so that an individual can sue more then anything else
