I am an indirect dealer for sprint (unfortunately we have to sell sprint) and every time i call sprint, whether to activate a new phone or address a customer's issue, the phone call turns into a torturous event. Sprint is the absolute worst carrier. In fact, if I had to choose between no cell phone or a cell phone with sprint, i would choose to live without. sprint needs to make some serious improvements to their customer service, not to mention the fact that their coverage is spotty at best.
