Block, Intuit Hit With Class Action E-File Suit

Intuit and H&R Block have been hit with a class action lawsuit alleging that they charge excessive fees for electronic filing.

Well, just keep in mind that H and R Block's fees are not based on the refund amount on both the federal and State refund. Keep in mind that filing a tax return is not just to get money from the state or the governmnt, it's to make sure taht you paid the amount of taxes you are supposed to pay.
