I dissolved my one-man S-Corporation at end of 2005 but, I did not terminate my Self Employed 401k.
I now intend to terminate the 401K and I'm not sure if IRS will charge me penalties for not terminating it after I dissolved my corp.
Also, I did not file any form 5500-EZ the last 2 years because the money in the account is only $24k and IRS forms indicated that
I didn't have to file one because I did not go over the threshold ($110k for 2006 and $250k for 2007).
Am I in trouble for not terminating my plan and/or for not filing Form 5500-EZ the last 2 years?
Thank you for your help.
Regards,
Leo
