It seems like Fox News is the only media making a big deal about this...
Fox "Fair and Balance", I don't think so...they are nothing but a bunch of cry babies.

Public good, agenda or no bid contracts, awards and grants.
Apparently no bid contracts and the money that goes along with "studies" awarded to the University of Southern California and this Social Solutions International.
With the Emergency Broadcast system, C-Span, public service announcements and a supposedly regulated internet that will benefit the public why is it again why private news and commentary optional to view and buy needs to be micro managed again?
